On a blustery day on the banks o the forth, Eastvale made a few changes from Thursdays excellent cup win over the Shipyard. Cas taking over between the sticks ,No Barry Winn or Tucker which saw Brett and Ryan in the middle of defence with John Westwater starting in midfield.
In a very scrappy affair Eastvale took the game to the Swifts and took the lead 20 minutes in, when  after another corner from Ryan was fired into the back post, the Swifts failed to clear their lines and the ball fell to Bud to tap home fae 4 yards.
Eastvale increased the lead before the end of the half after a lovely ball from midfield found Kenny charging thro the swifts defence  and a lovely finish past the on rushing keeper put Vale  two up.

Half Time Inverkeithing 0 Eastvale 2

As has been common place this season, Eastvale lost a goal just after the break, the vale defence where unable to clear a nothing corner and “Crouchie” the big No.9 tapped home to pull one back for the Swifts. Vale made changes with Beau replacing Bud and Danny on for Kenny upfront, Beau made the difference holding the ball in midfield and creating chances.
Beau put Eck thro who on his 3rd attempt put Vale 3-1 up, 2 fine stops from the Swifts keeper.  Vale had a few more chances but were unable to find the back of the net.

Another win in the bag was the main concern with 3 valuable points.
